Q: How can I book a Campervan? |
A: Booking A Campervan is a simple 3 step process:
STEP 1: Please use our website booking form (or call us directly) to check for the camper availability. STEP 2: We will reply as soon as possible with availability and the total cost. We will hold the van booked for you for 48 hrs so you can confirm you flights. STEP 3: Let us know when you are ready to make the booking and we will send you the Booking Details. You will be asked to send us the Booking Deposit. Reservation is complete when we receive your Booking Deposit and we send you the booking confirmation. |
Q: What is the minimum rental time? |
A: There is no minimum rental period but all rentals are subject to availability.

Q: How much time in advance do I need to make a reservation to rent a campervan?

A: Advance reservations is always the best, as it guarantees your Camper will be available when you need it. However, there could be instances when we have Campervans available almost immediately. Please call us if you need a Vehicle soon.

Q: How much is the Booking deposit and how do I pay it? |
A: The Booking deposit is between 20,000 JPY - 50,000 JPY depending on the final rental fee amount.
You can transfer the deposit via PayPal, Wise or directly to our company’s bank account. Please note that Japanese banks charge a very high fees for an overseas money transfers, which must be covered by the booking person. |
Q: Where do I pick-up the campervan? |
A: You can pick up your Campervan at our office which is located near TOKYO-NARITA AIRPORT. We offer a free pick up from Narita-Airport or Narita station. We can sometimes deliver our campervans to any location within Tokyo, including the Haneda Airport for the additional charge. This has to be pre-arranged and it is a subject to staff availability.

Q: Where do I return my campervan?
|
A: You can pre-arrange the return time and place. Our Depot is the primary returning destination.
We can also arrange the drop off at other destinations for some additional charge. The extra charge depends on a distance from our office. |
Q: What are the pick-up/ return hours?
|
A: Usually during office hours: 9am-5pm.
We are opened 6 days a week and closed on each Sunday. All pickups / drop offs outside these hours require pre-arrangement and may incur extra charges. |
Q: What are the cancellation charges? |
A: Unfortunately if you reserve a camper and you need to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee and your booking deposit will be forfeited. No additional charges will be required.

Q: Can I make changes to my reservation? |
A: You can make changes to your reservations only if we can provide you a camper at your newly requested days. Please contact our office for details.

Q: I cannot arrive to the camper pick-up place on time. Will my reservation be cancelled? |
A: If you are going to be late for whatever reason, please make sure you inform our office. Our vehicles are ready for pick up at a pre- arranged times. If your arriving flight is delayed, we will be able to check it ourselves and adjust the pick up time accordingly. However, if you are late and we cannot contact you, there may be additional late fee included. If we cannot contact you 1 day after the pre-arranged pick-up time, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
